Inflatable tyre help

I have the Skymaster inflatable wheels on my A-10 and I’m having problems with the wheels rolling of the rims and loosing all there air. I have other Skymaster inflatable wheels on other types of jets but have never had a problem with them. The wheels and rims are brand new and I have pulled them apart a numerous amount of times to put the tyre back on only just for it to roll off again on the taxi test. Should I be putting superglue or tyre cement to hold the wheels on better?
Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do to fix it?
Please only constructive reply’s and no bashing the product. Like I said I have these types of rims before with no problems and Skymaster has always given me top service. I’m just hoping someone has a fix for this before I go to plan B
Thank you

I had air loss problems with my BVM 1:6 scale F16. I packed the tires with a few turns (I think 3 turns) of Backer Rod. It is a closed cell foam from Home Depot, I think around an inch in diameter. No need to inflate any more!

That Idea or going solid tyres would fix the problem however my problem is the tyre rolling off the rim. That is the main problem which offcourse looses all air once this happens.
Ravill my A-10 is the smaller version of the Skymaster. Still to big unfortunately for me to lift it comfortably by myself. I do however not have the best of backs. Starting to really kick myself I did not install or put provisions for a small electric crane in my trailer. Would have made my like so much easier.

I think I am going to end up filling the tyres with strips of foam and than use tyre glue to glue the tyre to the side of the split rim. This should stop it from rolling off. If this fails I will look at getting some solid wheels. Looking at the groove on the side wall it’s looking a little low frofile for my liking. I’m thinking that this could be the reason it’s rolling off as the side of the split rim is not gripping the tyre properly. This however is just my thinking of the situation and by no means I’m saying at this stage that it’s a defect as I have not seen another brand new set to try and compare them. Either way I wil get to the bottom of this one way or another.

Foam filling might solve your roll off issue. I say this because I recently had one of the foam filled tires on one of my company's rough terrain fork trucks roll off the rim just like what you describe. The reason I bring it up is that the tire had a large gash in the side but stayed on the rim for quite a while (months) until enough foam broke loose and fell out. Once enough foam came out the tire lost its rigidity and was able to work its way off the rim. Adding foam would have the opposite effect, stiffening the tire and making it harder to work it's way off.

When I said rolling off the rim I did not mean they are completely separating where they roll off from the plane. They are usually just rolling off one side of the rim. This to me is still described as a roll off. In 4WD terms when I have done this on my 4WD besides of the colourful words that come out of my mouth it’s called a roll off.
It is basically coming off where the side of the tyre gets pinched/ gripped to the side of the rim that you bolt back up to the other half of the rim. Hope that is making some sence.
