Fei Bao F-15 Elevator Linkage
#1

I have an older Feibao F-15 (the 55 inch span one) that I am finishing. I have the older aluminum elevator linkage that i am not satisfied with. it is the single U-shaped unit with the control arm built onto it with a single set screw and two small ball bearings.
The problem is, no matter what I do, I can't get all of the play out of the linkage. In addition, if I grab the stab at the tip I can feel the play as it wiggles up and down.
The instructions show a much more substantial "cage" type design with two set screws and a LOT more support, but that did NOT come with my kit.
questions:
1. Is the upgraded elevator linkage available? If so, from whom do I order it?
2. Will that fit the original space without significant modification?
3. If the upgrade is not available is there a way to make the original small unit more positive? I don't want any play in those big heavy stabs.
I can attach pictures if it helps.
Thanks in advanced for any suggestions you might have.
