Default Classic Jets #74 - Abingdon, U.K.

Richard Spreadbury organised and held the first of the years Classic Jet Meets at the former RAF Abingdon.
As always with these events they are extremely well organised, with hot food and refreshments all day, many thanks to Dick and his team.

Whilst the weather didnt all totally co-operate, plenty of flying took place.

Yukky day, but Dick’s team did us proud as usual. Amazing amount of flying and new models considering the forecast

Sunshine for #75 please.

Steve Elias flying his 1:5 scale Jet Legend F-16. Guidance from Futaba mz18WC. Powered by an Evojet 220 EX turbine engine. Weight of 21.4kg. In tiger meet scheme used by the Belgium airforce. Liking this guys smoooth flying style. Made it relatively easy to track in my viewfinder.

Paul Privett flying his Merlin 200 powered Diamond...and nearly running out of elevator. Good save from a skilled pilot.
