Joel Vlashof's Harrier AV-8B (UPDATE)
Joel shared his new project with me a few short months ago when he had the power system working on a frame to tune its stability. He's gone to next step and has created the airframe with fuselage and wings ready for its first VTOL flight in the very near future. Certainly looks good.
