Does anybody know if there is a problem with Dreamworks website ?
I have sent them 3 emails over the last week & have not had a reply.
Or if anyone knows of any new contact details.

Their website has been an issue since it changed, as for customer service and email response im not sure. Try calling if you can

Probably just need to call them 1-386-852-4793. Today is a holiday. Don't know if they are working or not.

Placed an order last weekend and had the stuff within 3 days.

place an order online 2 weeks ago and after not doing business with them for a year due to mess with the web site i can say my order shipped fast and arrived complete........

they are making progress but yes phone is your best back up email is a no go

I took Len,s advice today & rang Dreamworks, i spoke to Chris who
sorted my order out straight away.. the items should be delivered in a weeks time.

They need to fix their website. It's very difficult to find certain items. Navigation is difficult and items don't show where they should logically be grouped.

You would think that they'd realize that this new website is costing them business.
