Default JMA & Elvington Mode Fliers - Flying Event

A big thank you to Martin Lees and his team at the former RAF Elvington for inviting the JMA to fly at the above event.
The weather on Sunday was very good, and of course this has to be one of the best flying venues for Jets in the U.K.
I will post a few photographs.

Yes, certainly a very BIG thankyou from me, allowing me to arrive last night in the 11 th hour and providing such a wonderful place, not to mention the near perfect weather and such a relaxed atmosphere. so much so that solo flights was the norm at the end.
Then a walk to look at full size.

Fantastic day. Cheers

Gutted I’m missing out on these events; they are always great weekends. Hopefully I’ll be able to do some flying at Elvington later in the year.

Foxjet. Designed way back as simple Hawk like sports jet without the full pipe.
