Ok guys, I know from experience these valves are a pita, but I'm not giving up just yet, I now have a new one ( still have the old style one ) and it is working properly, but now I need help to program the failsafe, Tams failsafe was very easy to program, I think the instructions are too simple on these valves, I just don't get it.

Yes, but I think what you think and what they mean are different!
Their Air Failsafe is the valve switches off (stops giving pressure to the cylinder) so any leak in the cylinder does not deplete the air tank, when you select the switch again the valve opens and drives the cylinder. 15 secs later it shuts down again.
Its like that as std from the packet

Yes, this valve is going into the KingCat I've been working on, it came with an older Jetronics valve ( no fail safe ) he bought the new valve because it has fail safe build in, we have used Tams fail safe valves before, many times, we both thought that the fail safe in the new valve was like Tam's.
Clearly an end user misunderstanding.
Now I know for sure that it is working right.
Thank you for the clarification Dave.
