These are a blast from the past almost 10 years ago, July 2010
We all know Turbines and Jets are expensive, however it shows that with care and a professional approach to installations, batteries, and of course a little competence on the sticks helps too. A good number of jets from 10 years ago are still flying.

This selection is from Long Marston in September 2017 - The JMA lost the use of this site due to urban development :-( - A former RAF station very close to Shakespeare's birthplace at Stratford-Upon-Avon.

This selection was taken at the Large Model Association show at the RAF Museum on 07/07/2018 - Cosford (https://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/cosford/)
The L.M.A are a group dedicated to flying models at the upper end of the scale, they also manage "over 20kg" scheme on behalf of the CAA
The LMA Cosford show is is a two day event and covers large models from WW1 to present, military and civil, there is a large trade area, the weather on the weekend was superb.

A few from the JMA Meeting at MOD Sculthorpe September 2017
In the late 1950s during the cold war era, the U.S. Air-force had a presence here with 10000 personnel on the base.
