i added a filter to my spam catcher, that intercepts any rcu tagged email and sends it off to never land.

If you get a spam PM just report it, I close tickets in less than 12 hours in most cases less, if we don't know about it we can't take action.

I use the App. Adblock and I don’t see anything from rcu, even on the forum pages. I also have Mcaffe, so not sure which one takes care of the issue.
