We increased the tail incidence and tailplane area on the Beam. Swept tailplane behaves differently we learnt that on the Bolt.

It is possible to change the tail incidence, you can remove some of the tailplane seat towards the back. I have also seen early UF fuselages with a heavy seam at the back of the tail seat, that can add positive incidence.
