Sorry to see you go, Bob... Thanks for all of your help and friendship over the last 20 years.
Bob was one of the first few jet people (ducted fans) I met when moving to TX in 1998 - at the Austin Jet Fly.
2010 Austin Jets - Bob Covish with his EDF flying shark :-)
Which, some times, liked biting other airplanes...

Bob-O was well traveled. The first time we met I told him where I lived not thinking he would know where it was. Turned out back in the day he had a girlfriend about four miles from my house LOL.

BobO's daughter ask me to share this
Julie here
We wanted to update on Bob’s wishes. He wanted a small family gathering. He did not want a traditional Memorial Service or a big to do.
His jet family was a huge part of his life and we wanted to celebrate his life with you all.
We will be scattering his ashes at the Greater Southwest Jet Rally in Waco in September, details will follow, we had discussed this with him in the past, he will love this!
In his honor, we are going to create a video and will share with everyone and will run at the airfield on a loop.
We are capturing the stories and pictures already posted. We have set up an email account
Bobomemories2022@gmail
We would appreciate any photos, Bob-0 stories or memories. Please share this email to those that might not be on Facebook. Our family will be sharing pictures and Bobisms as well.
We thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support. He would be so honored at how many lives he touched.
We were blessed to call him Dad, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Our lives are better because of him.
I will share, Dad loved the canned whole cranberries at Christmas and made sure I served it, his only request of the whole meal! Dad, those danged cranberries will be at your spot at the table.
I have his phone, please feel free to call if you need to.
