Tomahawk F-86 Sabre | German JA-111
Hey guys,
Last week I finished my latest project, the Tomahawk F-86 in the german Richthofen livery.
I did some modifications during the build process and really came up superlight!
She has 23.75kg with fuel (4Liters of JetA1)
I have lots of pictures from the build and maybe I do a small build thread and highlight the things I made different.
Painting and weathering was done by Daniel Hirscher from dh-colorworks.com
He did an AMAZING job as always!
Now I'm finishing the cockpit and the wheel brake dummies and will post some pictures here.
Here is the video of the Maiden last Thursday:
Last WE I was at a local Event in Tyrol and had the Sabre with me. I managed to almost dial it in perfectly.
I also have 1 or 2 videos of her from last WE's event and will post them here later.

My Saturday's flight with the F-86 at a local Event last WE.
It was the Sabre's 6th flight and I slowly get it dialed in and the feeling is getting better and better with every flight.

yeah CG is really good. I‘m just a tiny bit more noseheavy than the factory recommendation.
hope tho have the cockpit and pilot ready soon, so it is no ghost plane any more. 👌
