That looks a lot like some Robart hinges I used in a project a few years ago. I think I ordered from Dreamworks or maybe directly from Robart.

I dug out the wing to document. I used the hinges on split flaps.

If you can not find them they should be easy to make with g10 carbon plate cut out and glued together Dan
