oohhhh, looks good Joe, what a BLUE sky we had today for the test flight. Col. Kluge looks very relaxed in the cockpit, he had everything under control. We have to go find that gear door!!

Joe,
I lowered the gear on the east end of the field and made a pass overhead to check for three. Then completed the circut adding flaps. BTW, there was no pitch change at all adding the flaps, just drag and needed more power.

Dave,

I have been told of this "spin" or "slide" on the down wind turn before final. I had many flights on an elec 262 that weighed 18lbs and did not see this happen at all, maybe just luck??

Hi Vin:

You and UJ must be in hog heaven out there.....great job.....the way you greased your E-262 on everytime, I knew the 44's were in good hands....Geez, you and UJ are famous now.....joining the very short ranks of flyers with twin turbines that are not mounted in the fuse like the Rafale.....very cool.....

Now, I'm hoping you spring for one and have it done before I get out there....

UJ:

The persistence of you 2 guys is remarkable.....we first talked about your twin turbine ME-262 project plans back at Michigan Jets 2001, as I recall.....

Once again, congrats......

JHH and Wren may be matched up here before too long...one of my buddies, Paul Jacques, is just starting a twin MW 54 project in a JHH F-15....

Be sure to keep posting your superb pictures....

Tom
