Jeremy,

I can't stand it. I've been working on my Spectre's tail and rudder for the past 10 days and am nearly ready for glass and you build a plane in that time. I did opt for the thin servo in the tail though, that did slow me down a little. I guess that is what I get for only putting in 15-30 minutes a night!

LOOKS GREAT![sm=RAINFRO.gif]

Well, here is where the fuse is after 13 hours of airbrushing, got about another 12 to go I guess, I've altered the design slightly as it was looking to busy, I have some background coloring and a mural on the fin yet to go

Here's my modified Spectre. F-20 look alike with 6.5kg thrust turbine....takeoff weight at 8kgs wet (with 2 liters fuel)...fly very fast. Mine has smaller intake with wing lengthen by 2 inches on each side.

Fun bird to fly...we have 3 similar Spectres flying in our club here. Can't imagine this little bird with 10+kg thrust turbine....she will be super sonic!!!

I think Jeremy has been banned from RCU...perhaps that is why his links are no longer working?

Well, I did get a ban, but it was revoked, I just don't have time for doing much posting these days anywhere.
Anyway, I deleted the pictures from my server quite some time ago, just needed to do some cleaning up.

There are some pictures of the Spectre on my website though, you can see them here.

I sold it to partially pay for a Super Bandit. A gentleman in Florida bought it, I think it's been sold 2 or 3 more times since then and a member on RCU named Stuka has it now and recently test flew it. That's about all I know

I am the guy that owns it now. We have logged 6 flights on it with a P-60 and it flies great. I installed new struts on the main gear but other than that everything is as I got it. I will be flying it until the wheels fall off, than maybe even after that. I am using it to get my waiver.

I am arranging to get some video put on you tube of it flying next time we are out. The weather has been pretty bad down here lately. I will let you know as soon as it is done.

Great to see it got to fly. Would love to see some video flying and maybe a few close up shots!!! Do you think a Ram750 would be ok in this model as Jeremy had planned?

Stuka,
It's been over 3 years now, did you ever get video? Is the Spectre still a survivor?

Hi Jeremy,

ok, it´s no Turbine Spectre but i thought you want to see a Spectre Video. Only did 2 flights so far but the flight caracteristics are really nice.
