Has anybody had any experience with with or seeing the Yellow F-15 with a 12/15 pound engine such as the J600R or the SJ 1200AES, both 14 pound engines?

Well I saw the one at Superman with a P80 in it and looked pretty sweat, also go to see a kit of it aswell but would rather have a 12 to 14 pound engine in it. I dont think there will be that much of a proformance issue, there hauling around 17 / 19 pound rookies and etc all the time.

I think it will be a little underpowered. I think the F-15 weighs more than 19 lbs, I would guess more like 22 dry. The Y/A F-15 is a rather large plane that has a lot of drag, I think you would be wishing for more power if you went that small.
Shaun, the guy that flew the F-15 with a P-80 at superman ended up going up to a P-120.
