There was a huge article in the Air & Space mag a couple of years ago about how the storage yard works. Basically a huge parts bin....those F-14's in the background will most likely supply parts to the flyable ones until the whole fleet is retired in a couple of years (2006, I think....)

man just noticed that there is 3 times more A7's than anything else there.Look at all them sweet wild weasel F4's tho..Sweeettt...and even a few cute lil' T38's..Never was big on tomcats personally
