I have a buddy at my local field who doesnt have a computer to get online and get the info himself .He recently bought a Cermark MB339 and wants to fly it with a OS91/Ramtec combo.Anyone out there know what he can expect overall? He heard some mention that they dont fly well on DF power? Is this true & if so anything he can do with the Ramtec setup to give it what it needs to fly well & with good amount of authority?I seemed to recall on here awhile back that the MB339's dont fly well on DF .Any input would certainly be appreciated so I can pass it on to him.He says if its not a good airframe to go the fan route with, he'll just put a turbine in it.He just wants to try & fly it on the Ramtec tho

Mine flew just great with a Ramtec and OS .91. BVM tuned pipe, DL Aeromodels pipe coupler, Spring Air retracts with BVM struts and Trim Air wheels. All up weight was just shy of 16 pounds. Paved runway ops only! It was by no means a speed demon, but with those big straight wings, it was very easy to fly. The only bad part was a tendancy to bounce when landing. My cure for that was to add aileron crow with the flaps, and make sure that it touched down on the mains first, not the nose.
