Default Paul Hopkins, a good experience?

Several have mentioned the strobe lights from Paul Hopkins and also the canards made for the Kangaroo and Hot Spot. I contacted him by e-mail and finally placed an order.

Thanks Tom.I got the PayPal Payment. I will ship Monday I am just waiting for the canards to get here. I am confirming order of
1 set canard set whit hardware
1 single straight strobe light 3volt to 4.8 volts
and shipping of $12 Global Priority Mail
No Problem with customs value $20

Thanks Paul Hopkins Orlando Florida USA "

So far after more than a month, nothing has shown up. It´s normally a matter of a 7 days shipment. Tried to reach him by e-mail or phone several times. No luck.
Have I been ripped off?
Any one else with experience of dealing with this fellow?
Regards Thomas

you must have seen the one that tad is building, SU 35 , it's the only one out there.. where are all you hotshot California guys , this is the airplane you've been waiting for !! ...... the gryphon pronounced griff-fon like the mythical animal, is still undergoing it's flight test programme, bad weather has delayed things in France , a couple of mods are being tried to improve the slow speed handling and we have moved the position of the nose gear to accomodate a CG change. We will play with it some more and be in production in June first ones should arrive in July... the order list is growing daily. the reception to this un orthodox canard design has been exceptionel.. look forward to getting my demonstrator...... Thank's for your response.
It makes me confident to hear the positive feedback.

Paul, if you're out there, could you give me a delivery date.
Regards Thomas
