I hope to get a week vacation next week.... When I come back I should go pick up my BRIETLING L39 from Prague.

I still have parts for the main oleos I did a while back
(pages 107, 109, 110... of this thread), including custom made spring.
A few of us have used them with success.
Since then, the design has been refined a little (see pics below).
Those parts are drop in fit for spring air or jet1A units.
If anyone is interested, please PM me.

Now to find the ideal control horns. Carbon ones for sure.
I had in mind of hitec mini high voltage metal gear servos for flight controls. Will shop around first....

So... Tiny update.
Wren 44 runs like a dream..... Got the jetpipe from Wren too
Jet A1s here from Germany.....
Emailed Vaclav.....my BRIETLING should be ready soon. Flying to Prague myself to pick it up when the man says I can pick it up!!! I will fly faster then M.9!!!!
(Don't tell my boss! Lol)
Trying to upload the Jet a retracts....insufficient memory?? Wt*?

Yey! Spoke to Vaclav... Next Saturday I fly to Prague... And bring her home!

Saturday, met Mr Vaclav at the airport... Brief exchange....and took my baby home. At two am was snapping away on my bed! Missus obviously.. P*"*ed! Lol!
Worth the wait. I must get the pictures posted!!!
Perfect finish. And lovely paintwork! Way to go Vaclav!!!

As a side note.... how do you guys make the retracts act 'decently'? that is slow retraction and deployment. Just one Pressure regulator is enough on the retract line? That should dampen the extend a bit? or should i add another nipple on the spring side and use another regulator there?

Any ideas on the scale action on the retracts?
Also, will BMV carbon fibre horns do ? Which ones?
Planning on going HV on servos.... Any suggestions ?
