That first picture is a little deceptive. That guy must have a huge hand!
When you look at the other photos, it seems to be the same as the JS50 Bee or the MW44. Neither of which is actually in production.
I have emailed the funsonic people to ask about pricing and availability, so I guess we will see.
I think it will be quite a while before you can actually GET one, though. Having some pics on a website and actually having something to sell are completely different things...

Default small turbines

The funsonic motor appears to be sized in between the MW-44 AND 54. The wren MW-54 is 88mm in diameter and this funsonic motor is 83mm in diameter. The MW-44 is smaller.

I doubt if it is an all new design, but I really don't know. I think they are stating the case diameter, not the rotor diameter. I beleive the 44 and 54 are designated by the diameter of the rotor...
The diameter of the case can vary depending on what manufacturer of the same basic design, yes?

Default case size

I bet the "52" model number has to do with the rotor size, that would make it slightly smaller than the wren and the case as well.

(From their website)
Thrust(max): 52 N*

I took the "52" to be a reference to the max thrust...

Default Funsonic FS 52

As I know, all the engines in this size ( SWB Mamba, RAM 500, SimJet 1200...) youse the castings from Wren, so they are more or less only clones. You can see that from the dimensions and weight. The FS 52 seems to be much smaller, and lightweight. Only 0,72 Kg compared to nearly 1Kg (Wren RAM etc)
So I think these guys youse their own castings.

I agree. I heard about Coke coming out with a 32 oz. single serving can, but this is the first time I've seen it. ("For people a huge thirst")
