All good info, thanks everyone! At least now there are a bunch of methods saved in the archives.
I'll try the boiling method next time, makes sense to me!
I am thinking of machining a cone that would fit over BVM wheel, tried to do that last night but did not have a large enough piece of aluminum stock handy.

I have been using similar tools that I turned myself, as well as this week I just got one of the new tools in for the Kingcat/Phantom size tires works great.
