I have recently aquired a simjet 2300 that is currently in for upgrade at simjet. My intention was to put it on a super reaper. Can anyone suggest a good alternative for a 23lb turbine suitable for a jet newcomer. Preferably arf.

Advice much appreciated

How about a Skymaster F15
check out ALs Hobbies in the mags

They fly just like an Avonds and they are easy to fly.

My F15 goes off a 450 ft grass field power is a 20lb thrust AMT Mercury hp
Would not recommend a Eurosport with anything less than 28lbs thrust it is a high drag machine
My mate flies his with a 35lb AMT Pegasus off the same field

This is our field and we are off for a race
sorry for poor quality pics all ive got

I am flying a Roo II with a Simjet 2300. The thrust has been dialed down to 21 lbs and it has plenty of power.

If your not looking to go scale, I would like to suggest a FACET-2300 as it was deisgned for 17-25# thrust engines and short grass field ops.

The prototype is also powered by a SIMJET-2300 as well.

Please contact (www.greatnorthernmodels.com) for more info.
