Hello Brian; Just wanted to let you know that I think your Idea of the Manufacture support is great. I am not one to spend too much time on my computer and did not realize how popular this site is. As you well know I have been bussy making changes at the shop in order to make sure we are here ten years from now. I will be spending more time answering questions on the tech support program. I chose a long time ago not to get involved in the bashing that goes on over the internet. It is very easy for people to hide behind the computer and hammer the manufacturers.
