Very poor service. The first time I ordered from them they sent the wrong item. The second, and it will be the last time, I ordered a pilot from them. A week goes bye and I still don't have it. I call them and they can't find my order. An hour later they call back and state that the owner left my order on his desk and it was covered up by other papers and didn't get shipped.
4 days later I get the pilot and it doesn't look anything like the one I ordered from the internet site.
I will never deal with them again...

For some reason i recieved a Private message from Bruce Sanders at CJ that was mean't for you , I very nice Message too as they want to send you a new pilot. (Hope Bruce does not mind saying that) here is [email protected] mail address, get in contact with them and from what i read i'm sure they will make you a happy customer.
And bruce if you want to send me a Free pilot to your more then welcome i need one for my CJ F100

LOL on getting a refund! I've paid $225 for a cockpit two months ago and haven't received it yet. Last week when I called Bruce he said he would ship it overnight. Nothing yet! My emails are just ignored.
