Default Bobcat Priming

Hi guys. Well, the Bobcat is ready for primer (thanks John R.). My question is, since the woods parts have been sanded there currently is a very fine powder on the parts. Should I use a clean rag with some sort of solution, i.e. alcohol or something else, to wipe off the excess powder before I brush on the first coat of primer? Thanks in advance!
