Smoke systems have to be one of the best things about turbine jets, well to me it is
.
My question to guys is what do you think is the best smoke system available today.
I read about and saw a butane smoke system and I have never seen so much pure white, thick smoke ever.
I am getting my first turbine jet soon through a sponsorship deal
and I don’t know much about the different types of smoke systems, so if anyone knows which is the best kit for serious smoke please tell me
Thank Guys

the secret to Tam's system is his injector nozels for the smoke system .. I have 3 of his smoke systems (full pump, battery, setup) and its as good as you can get ..
you can also use a Skywriter (sulivan i think ?? ) smoke pump on Tams injetor tubes, or set up a presurized system (look on www.tamjets.com for the smoke system, you can see the air presurized set up under the MB339 section)
here is my MB339 with 1 Tam injector pipe, and a air presure fed setup ...

oh yea, if you shoot in the smoke on turbine startup, you get that nice flame thrower evect
(and to all you old men out there, please dont complain about this, i have been bashed and flamed already
)

don’t worry if people go off at you for that.
1. Its not their jet.
2. Its not in a public area harming others.
3. People who are burning you for that are probably just jalousie and or unimaginative people (no disrespect meant to others)
4. You are having fun
5. And finally its totally allosome footage.

The best smoke on a D/F that I ever saw, was coming out of one nacelle of my EDF LearJet when the motor windings burned up. It was belching out thick black smoke. Looked real cool until I realized I was getting it back to the runway.
