Robart wheels/brakes???

Anyone use the tuff tread wheels and brakes from Robart? I am thinking of the 4 1/2" set. Are the brakes O ring style?

I''m using the 5.5 inch wheels & brakes in a Me 262, & brakes are the O ring type
