Default kangaoo frustrating !!!

Hello evryone i can get the airbrake to go 90 degrees but,when i touch it the rod ges up slightly resulting in the airbrake being less than 90 degrees




What do i do or how can i mount this thing to stop ?

I am almost tired of the crappy instructions this thing came with.

Did you do the hinges like they said? What servo are you using? How did you mount the servo? How did you set up the control rod/size?[8D]

just as the manual stated but i dont even use the hinge they supplied.

Mount the servo to fuse (under the equipment plate if you used it). You will not have any play with this method.

hey bro',

don't sweat it. you don't need the thing anyway but it helps somewhat when you want to drop into a short field.

if you fly it with a healthy nose high attitude (keep the power about 3 clicks <giver take> above idle) you can drop in just as easily as if you had the airbrake and can attain the same short roll out. remember it's a delta so when if you get it too nose high it's develop a nice sink rate, so ease the AOA then recapture with elevator.

I had a good 40-50 flights on the one that was raffled at Superman 98 and sold it a year later @ superman 99. AMT Mercury powered and it flew, landed just fine without all the Guicci gyros, speed brakes etc quite a few people were claiming it needed to have in order to fly. my avatar is what it looked like on the bottom. heckuva lot of fun to fly.
