It's the "Smartfish"
It's a design called the "Smartfish". Their web site ( http://www.smartfish.ch ) doesn't seem to be active, but they wrote to me some time ago, asking for the CAD model of my "Avanti", in order to use it to change their fuselage design.
Apparently they have built a flying RC model, and now hope to produce a mid-size business jet from this idea. Attached is one of the images they sent me when they wrote.
That's about all I know.

Yep, it doesn't seem like a practical design to me either. I think it's a nice "design", from a graphics point of view, but it looks pretty draggy, and the low aspect ratio is a little spooky too.... Not a "glider" for sure.

If you take a look at their site you'll see it's a real pratical and flying.
