Default F16-kyosho, how to balance a rotor ? (easily!)

I need to drill the rotor of my kyosho fan (KS-10) for install .21 JP engine ( 45000 Rpm ! ). But how to ? Have you somes tips and tricks ?

does the 21 fit into the kyosho fan and mount without modification ?

Yes the kit fit PERFECTLY ! The only modification is to drill the rotor and balance it. How to balance a rotor ?

Use a prop balancer, only remove material from the hub, not from the blades.
