mb339 white arf
guess what...
thewhite version is not painted white only gel coated that way in the mold. and the seam lines must still be finished and painted over to hide them. they aren't even hidden with white pigment in the glass resin. they stand out like a sore thumb. thought the white one would save a bit of weight going with decals and a bit of stripes to finish it out. now i must prepare to paint the entire airframe a base coat of white after all. just thought you guys might like the info. it is a fine built arf and i have made note of the many mods here on rcu.

mb339 white arf
will have to work out a design that allows me to cover all leading and trailing edges as well as many edges around canopy and hatch lines..full paint may be the quickest thing and might look more of what i had in mind when i ordered the arf. i just wanted a simple white plane with simple graphics.. guess nothing is every easy. even arf's
i will consider your idea though.
thanks
