Default bobcat fuel tank plumbing

I'm getting ready to plumb the tanks on my bobcat. Do the lines between the tanks have to be the same length as they would be for a ducted fan setup?

Thanks,Scott

Probably not, but I cut mine the same length.. even though the draw line runs off center slightly. The baffling in the wing tanks dictates a slight burping during fuel fill.. to insure each tank fills completely.

Yes, they should be the same length. If they are not, the tank with the shorter line will empty faster (less resistance), and once one tank goes dry you get nothing but air (air has a whole lot less resistance than fuel) from the "T" that connects the two tanks.

Thanks, I thought the length should be the same.
