Default F15e finished

Hi Guys

I finished my F15e from CJM. The F15e was test flown at the Swamp Meet in Georgia by Larry Kramer.

Way to nose heavy. Now I measured every moment with full fuel and min fuel and the CG should be correct.
Steve Jawarski did the satin clear coat on her I redid the electronics and pneumatics.

I took advice from guys like the J Burdin, S Jawarski, Kramers, T Wood Sr. and Jerry Keller on setup and detailing thanks Guys!!!

I did have to learn how to use a airbrush and man thats a cool thing thanks Steve.

Powered by a highly reworked Ram 1000 by Carlos of RTI fame. He kept tweaking it for hours and test running it several times until it hit the projected thrust mark. Peter Weiss and I installed it during Florida jets final thrust right at 31lbs of thrust. For those of you not familiar Peter had the Israel F 4 phantom.

The F15e is not a light weight at 35 and 42 at full fuel. Some of you might have seen Dino DeGeorgio fly his several years back.

Hope you enjoy the photos.

Intakes

When the Flaps are retracted the intakes are full down to cut down on frontal area.

When you select flaps the intakes retract to allow max airflow into intake.

It's a very cool scale like feature.
