A few good sites,

RAF RED ARROW -http://www.sky-flash.com/reds.htm

RAAF HAWK -http://motty.hobbyvista.com/Hawk-Articles-01.html

I'm sure there are more!!

Albert,

The website for the Red Arrow color scheme Hawk, provides a lot of information. However, do you have any information regarding the crest/ logo or any detailed pictures on them? Also, for the T-45 color scheme; we have some information but need some more details on the color scheme. I'd appreciate any information on these things.

Hello, Eric

Appreciated for considering me as one of design team "member"!

Hopefully this will ans. your T45 request.

I feel the existing SMT45 color scheme look great! except to consider to put in the GRIPEN twice nosewheels should be there!
oohs! She needs a "hook" too!

Albert,
Thank you for the T-45 information. It's good to have a "free" design team member!
In fact, we will have 2 types of nose wheels for T-45 and Hawk in production. The Hawk is a single nose wheel, the T-45 will have 2 nose wheels. Thank you for point out this scale detail difference.

Anyone have information for the crest/ logo in Red Arrow color scheme? Thank you advance.

Will the nose gear retract foward as on the Hawk and T-45?

Will the T-45 be available with squared off wing and stabilator tips, taller verticle fin, and large single ventral fin as on the real one?
Thanks,
CJ

CJ,

The T-45 will unfortunately will only be based on the Hawk. The square of the wing and stavilator tip will by slightly off scale, but will have a single ventral fan unlike the two that will be in the Hawk. We will also provide two nose wheels instead of a single nose wheel. We may consider making a higher scale reproduction in the near future.

Gudmund,

The F-16 is still smoothly making progress in the design process. We have nearly completed the prototype mold, and have plans to test flight it very soon. With a lot of test processes, we should be able to release this to the public by spring or summer of 2005. I had a chance to see the mold a few weeks ago at the Skymaster factory. It’s really big and real nice. I can’t wait to have one myself.

Does anyone have the SM (Red Arrows) Hawk with the centre line smoke tank yet? How does it look?

If anyone has a Skymaster BAE Hawk under construction with fowler flaps, post some pictures so I can see how you did it. Thanks Larry

I really want the Bae Hawk from Skymaster but I have heard that they are having major issues with the tail coming apart in flight. Has anyone heard of this problem or has it been fixed?

Thanks,
Buzz

I have a T-45, and it's great. The construction is solid and very sturdy. I can't possibly see how it could apart unless someone made a mistake during construction or severely stressed the airframe (200mph + dive).

buzz, go buy yourself the Skymaster Hawk. it will not fall apart in flight. just do a search for the hawk, there are plenty of threads on building tips.
mine should be flight ready in 2 weeks
