resize to the settings in my account /forum settings/upload my custom avitar

The trick is to resize the image you want to use to RCU's requirements of 85 by 85. When you resize the image it will automatically be small enough to upload. I use ACDSEE image viewer. I've have included two pics-the original and the other resized to fit as an avatar.

No matter what I do I can't seems to upload. I'm an error can't find the image. Don't know what to do. This is what I trying to upload.
