Help identify this pipe

I recently bought this on ebay, Ramtec fan, OS 91 and pipe. Can anybody tell what pipe it is? It is approx 9" long, is retained by 2 springs and has no pressure take off.

The pipe in picture appears to be a Weston "mini-pipe"
