Look what I just got
they made it!
Both came in at 6lbs 5oz
Here they are
Colin Gunnar and Olivia Grace
I'm beat and going to try and get a little sleep.
Been up all night waiting and they came at 8AM

Looking forward to my first too..... After 5 years of trying and three inseminations were finally due in december (just found out it's a boy)
Guess you wont be flying for a while

Hey Ronnie,
Well done to Mrs Shok, the twins and of course yourself. Glad they are all doing well!
I know sleep is an issue, we only had the one for some clinical but sad reasons, and I can still remember the 3 am stint. Looking out from the upstairs window to the dawn coming up, the birds starting to sing. He would be quiet with a nice full belly, and we would just look out on the world. I used to tell him how wonderful it was and that it was all his for the taking. What precious time this was, selfishly just he and I.
Of course the little bugger has grown up to 12 now and things are different, but never will I forget the dawns!!!
No doubt given the last few weeks, this shows life is still worth living!! Hope the new job is going OK too, the house is getting sorted, the AV8r has arrived, and man, guess you don't know which way to turn but it must all be with a big silly grin!!!!
Take care all Shoks, I am off to drink a Budweiser for you!!!!

Ok lets do some math...2 X 6lbs5 oz about 12.5lbs + fuel ( lets say 10 oz each of milk) = almost 14lbs! Then you just have to put a P80 and we're in buisness! lol
