That thing's incredible, but, what are 'those' wheels doing in the photograph? I know, it's to make 3 key chains! That's what I did with the ones I own, anyhow. Manufacturer's know we're just going to go out and get BVM, Glennis, or the like so why bother to include those sponges, I wonder. I'm not slamming Robart here. I realize they'd be fine for 10-12 lb. non-scale ducted fan airplanes, but, is this kit not pre-destined for turbine use? My 2 cents.

Hi Mark:
Just email Phillip and he will email you some shots and prices. I beleive it runs about 1200 for the kit. Can you see the panal lines that plane is sweet.
I agree with you on the gear Steve. And thats why they sell them. They are there just to push the plane around after you primer it

From what Philip tells me this is his best airplane to date. He is considering making the parts to convert it to a "C" model for us US types. The European model has some wild paint schemes available though. I have two of Philips jets, a 104 with a Ram 750 and a Rafale with a 500, both fly extremely well and were very easy to build. Philip designs his airplanes to build quiclky and they do. I'm not a rep. or anything like that but I think his airplanes are quite good bargains for the money.

Kevin Barr is currently building this kit. Maybe he can chime in. Also, look at this thread for more information: http://www.rcuniverse.com/showthread...ght=Avonds+F16]

83" long/53" Wingspan/ about 20# turbinized. Looks to me like a Ram 750+/1000 or Jetcat P-120 would make this a really sweet airplane. Uses Robarts with his own struts for sport gear and a scale set is in the works for release sometimes this summer. Kit price is $1290 + shipping. My shipping on the Rafale was about $260. I asked Mike Youngling to take a good look at them this weekend at the Pampa Jet fly in Belgium, we can pump him for more info next week.

Hi Guys,
Philip flew the prototype with a Ramtech/O.S.91. So any thrust above 10 lbf would fly it just fine. Maybe a Wren 54/Ram 500/Simjet1200 could do the job?
