I'll never forget Matt's previous Bandit. It was the first jet meet I ever attended, Fla Jets 1999. It went into lock-out show center on a scorching low level, high speed pass about 6 feet off the deck. It tracked straight and true for a long way to the left then gently rolled left until impact down near that lake. Looked like a missile. It was sad to see, but left an impression. That was how I first learned who Matt was.

That was a different one. The battery pack was 400 feet from where it hit.

And it was more like 3 feet :-)

That's what I meant by previous: previous to the one you posted the photo of. And yeah, you're right, it was more like three feet!
