Gordon, thanks so much for your generous offer to help. You are living proof RC people are some of the nicest folks around.
I made a call to the hobby shop I purchased my 10X from (Central Hobby in Montana) and told them my story. The gentlemen helping me, Al, said he would give Horizon Hobbies a call and tell them what happened. I have to tell you, within 10 minutes after hanging up, Horizon Hobbies called me at work. They were very apologetic and were sorry I was having problems. They ask me to send my transmitter to them, at their expense, so they can check it out. They are sending me the paperwork to have UPS ship it to them. I am still upset about having this problem but I have to say, I am very impressed how fast all the JR reps are responding to my problem.
I guess I'll give JR another chance.
