Hi Todd,
My original post in the JoeJet USA responds to WREN thread in no way was meant to question your integrity, or business ethics. I think it's pretty clear to anyone who has followed these posts that you are an honest businessman, and a standup guy!! If anything I was simply (and gently) questioning your decision to introduce JoeJet USA before you had become personally satisfied about the quality of the new turbines. Anyway, sorry if my personal dissapointment made it seem like I was questioning your integrity! On the contrary, I think it's outstanding!
John

I can understand his desire to move quickly (and perhaps before getting a full grip on the quality of the product) -- after all, if Joejet really was building good quality turbines for $699, nabbing the exclusive US distribution rights would be a very attractive proposition and speed would be critical to securing such.
There's always an element of risk that has to be taken in any venture -- sometimes it pans out, sometimes it doesn't.
I think the hobby is just luckly that the guy who moved fastest was also ethical enough to do the right thing and not just try to save face by accepting orders and hoping the quality of the product would improve.
Hats off.

It seems that all of the negative "hand washing" posts from Todd have now been erased both here and on RC Canada ; the only post by Todd about these engines that still exists is the one in the product announement forum http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/JetJ...2096130/tm.htm).
Perhaps the negative posts have been removed for legal reasons, but if so, the promotional post in the Product Announcement forum should perhaps be removed as well... otherwise the net effect is still promoting these engines.

Are you still in business as JetJoe USA?

Locking this one to prevent its integrity.
