Anybody have information on bvm A-4 like how fast, or how easy or hard to build ect....Any info wanted.what's the best engine and fan setup.

I came across a ok deal i think and was just wondering about speed ,best engine and fan setup,and scales struts ect....if possiable.As a matter of fact the guy told me to check with yellow for struts.Is it as fast as a topgun F-15 ,If K.B 7.5cc is used in A-4.

Well,

I wouldn't go with the 7.5 setup at all. Back when that plane was designed, the performance expectations people had of DF planes were a little different. Just having a plane move around the sky without a prop on it was exciting enough. I'm sure there are gonna be a couple (or at least one) of guys who'll come in and take exception to that statement and tell you that the A-4 will fly great on that powerplant, but I've never been too impressed. I'd recommend a decent .91-sized setup in it. I'm pretty sure BV still has inlets for the Viojett, and you can probably find a good deal on a Viojett setup in here. With that powerplant, the airplane will scream. Much faster than the F-15 you mentioned. Good luck!
