The first RAM is on the way back as well, it just needed the bearings replaced. The second one is sitting at RTI right now. I'm trying to sell my Kangaroo with the broken engine. I don't really need it anymore and didn't want to put money into fixing it so it's up for sale dirt cheap :P

I've never run the 750, so can't compare it for you. Maybe someone else can.
I can tell you that it's quite noticeably faster than my Jetcats - even the P160 which was pretty decent when it came to spool up. I'd hazzard a guess at somewhere around 2 to 2.5 seconds from idle to full power on my 280 (not the SP version).

WOOHOO!!!!!
It arrived today, there's a lot more parts to an AMT engine than a RAM though. I gotta read the manual, I can't for teh life of me figure out the ni-starter thing, do you actually physically have to light the plug on the pegasus rather than the ECU do it for you like the RAM does?

If you're not using auto-start then you may need to physically hook the ni-starter up ... I don't really remember. If in doubt, send a PM to Buck Garza (RCU id yeahbaby) and he can probably help you figure out what you have and what you need to use.

From: Nashville, TN,
I made my own start box. Small box from Radio Shack with air button, propane button, and ignition button. My battery for ignition died, so I just stick a ni starter on it. Very simple start sequence. Have any questions after you check out the manuel, just ask.
Happy flying!

You'll love the throttle response on it...
