engine ,fan,pipe seem ok i need to run them. retracts ok. 4 of the sevos have gone .got two spare engines and 3 fans spare now 2 pipes was going to put one set in my bvm viper but might just sell them all and stick to my turbines engines were like new,dont now how much they are worth same as the air frame might sell that .

I might be wrong but I think it is the same model. I never got round to flying it (only taxi tests). I sold it a couple of months back as I needed the space back.

I would be extremely interested to know the circumstances.

dont no much about the viper its all one peice its a bvm i brought it of some bloke that was going to convert it to turbine so he put in a support for the turbine and a tail pipe but all that can come out . i dont get the hatch back from the paint shop till latter on in the week

he tryed it from our field but it would not go from the grass so i brought it of him because i go to valley some times and the jet meets but it went in on the first flight .used a lot of run way to get up flying straigt from take off gaining height then it was if it hit a wall noised down 90 degrees and went in

What a nightmare!

Sorry to hear that. Sounds pretty nasty.

She was a good looking plane too. Glad to hear that the engine and fan seems OK. Hopefully you'll get some of the money back.

Perhaps I'll see you at Valley some time?
