Hey guys, I am working on a school project and would like to know the thrust, thrust specific fuel consumption, engine diameter, overall pressure ratio, bypass ratio, and fan pressure ratio for any RC turbofans that anyone has ever seen. The project just says to quote these specifications of other engines and i thought it would be cool to include some specs from an RC engine. If yall have any of these, or can tell me where to find them on the internet that would be great. Thanks

Here's a place to start atleast. Off the Frank Tiano website,
http://www.franktiano.com/CHART.htm
Also, the bypass ratio for these turbines are zero, because they are turbojets, with no bypassed fan flow. In some model installations, a bypass is used to direct inlet air around the turbine, but it does not enter a fan.
I don't think I've found pressure ratios quoted, but I'd be interested too. I could put a pressure tap on my turbine, but I don't think I will! [8D]

I don't know of any commercially available turbo fan engines, but I would reccommend that you check out the GTBA site as there are two or three fellows in England building reduced scale turbo fans. You can also do a search here on RCU as there have been some posting relating to they here.
Good luck.
