being new to turbines in the past year, last december i bought a used p80, also a new composite kangaroo with all the bells and whistles, then i got a deal and bought kerry sterners bright green Facet 2300, well, since May of this year we have been trying to get stick time in, first two months had turbine problems, items overlooked when it was in for service, but thats another story, then got shot down by another pilot when he turned his radio on during my first take off with the facet, 4 hours of repair it was ready to fly again. one weekend we got one great flight in, then every time we went to fly again, wind and lots of it, went to liberty bell jet ralley, more wind, chenango bridge more wind. so this past sunday, ideal day for flying, my instructor met me at the field, hooked up the buddy box, I got 2 long great flights in. what a rush, cant wait to get up again this weekend.
