The BVM Smooth Stop is designed to provide variable pressure to brake systems, and can be operated with any micro servo. The system will also hold what ever pressure it was set for when the radio is switch off (parking brakes). They also use very little air.

You can find them at BVMJETS.COM

Ok you can also go with the canadian brake valve, UP6 I do believe or you can go with the electronic brake valve.

Todd also has the Airpower proportional valve available at a very good price:

I'm waiting for a report on how well it works from Todd...

If he says its OK, it should be a good alternative although the UP6 works very well in my opinion.

How is that valve? I've ordered one for my F-15 so I can test it out.

Dan,

I love it. I prefer it to my smooth stop...

That's what I'm hoping. Also, the thought of eliminating a servo and linkage is very appealing!

A friend got an Airpower valve. It is not proportional, just on/off. It is just a simple spindel valve like a robart retract valve. Saw the inside of it.
