Default Combat Models Customer Service

Hello fellow consumers,

I think the CBM F-16 is a great looking model that gets in the air without all the complexities of a ducted fan and am interested in buying one.
After searching this forum, it looks like the drawbacks to this kit are the amount of time it takes to make, the ease of "hangar rash" and problems with customer service(lack thereof). I can handle the first two problems but won't buy a model from a company that may not supply all the parts or is impossible to contact.

So---- I'm performing a test. I'm trying to contact CBM to see if they have improved their service. I am calling every day and (after no answer) am leaving my name and number for them to return my call. So far I have called three days in a row with no response. I'll keep trying every day and post here how long it takes to finally make contact

Good luck its been 7 months and I am still missing parts. It took 5 Months just to get the missing retracts, 6 months to get the Hardware for the scale struts, and I am still missing the R/C Truck tires to pack the scale struts with. I am not slaming the product its a great looking Jet, it is the lack of Customer support that will prevent me from ever buying from them again, even though I would love to get the F-18 and the A-10.

Default Hmm

I waited 2 years for a Robart nose gear that was supposed to be in the kit (never did get it..). I live 20 minutes from the place and some days they were not even open...

good luck,
james
