Does anyone know where to get the Toki .18 sized or the O.S. .15 sized fan and engine combo? I think it may be fun to try a jet for one of these power setups.

Thanks!

I have noticed the interest in the smaller jets lately which I think is really cool! Maybe some of the reps out there should take notice!
I have a sport jet of my own design similar to a BVM Mav or Parkinson Barracuda that is about 3/4 finished (Plans that is)
Unfortunately I won't be able to complete this project due to working on my house, but it would be perfect for these smaller units like the Toki.
It would really be cool to see some ARF jets this small!
Just a thought!

Instead of the .18 or .15, I'd go for the .21 and use the Kress fan. Although it's quite expensive for the fan ($140). For another 1/2" in diameter, you get a lot more power (4lb thrust w/ 30K rpm using an OS buggy engine). You can buy the impellor and rig up your own fan (which I've seen done and works very well).

Check out the following thread:

Scroll down and check out my .21 Mirage with a Kress fan.

What are you planning on putting it in?
